Fraser Bushell B.A., LL.B.

Fraser Bushell, a member of the ADR Institutes of Canada and Ontario, holds four Mediation Certificates, three through the Faculty of Law of the University of Windsor and an additional Certificate in Interpersonal Mediation from St. Stephen's Community Centre, in Toronto. He has been involved with Labour Side negotiations with the Public Service Alliance of Canada and was chief Negotiator for District 47, OSSTF. He has mediated employment problems, agreements with Government Ministries and between individuals and various agencies.

After a career in teaching, Fraser returned to Law School in Windsor and received his call to the Ontario Bar in 2003. He is currently a sole practitioner with a primary focus on Family Law. Fraser has had success encouraging a dispute resolution approach to Family Law issues as an effective and money saving alternative to the adversarial litigation process.

With his experience in teaching, farming, retail, industry and civil service, Fraser brings an understanding of real life situations to the Mediation process.
